Treatment process

We first carry out a thorough and confidential consultation that will involve measuring statistics in the area to be treated.

Once you have been made comfortable in our private treatment room, the diode paddles are positioned on the appropriate area.

The i-Lipo machine is then switched on for ten minutes (which is the time needed for Lipolysis to occur). The paddles and lymph diodes are then repositioned up to four times depending on the treatment area, before being removed.

The treatment is very comfortable and pain free, the only sensation experienced is that of gentle warmth. Following the session it is vital to perform exercise as soon as possible (in this case ten minutes on our Power plate). The plate will help to speed up the body's metabolic rate and by doing so stimulate the natural lymphatic system.

Combined with dietary advice this will help prevent the body re-storing the fat that has been released from the i-Lipo treatment.

Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. To see maximum results a course of 8 treatments is recommended, per body area. These treatments should be taken twice per week at regular intervals.

A. The i-Lipo course treatment can be performed on calves, knees, thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms and chin. The i-Lipo system is currently the only system that has 4 treatment pads and is able to treat 2 small areas at once or give you a quicker treatment time.

A. i-Lipo is suitable for most people, but as with most treatments, there are a few medical conditions that would stop us from performing the treatment. Our i-Lipo therapist will go through a full health and medical questionnaire with you before your first treatment to ensure you are suitable.
